Built in Berlin, for European companies
Aikraft exists because the EU AI Act creates real obligations for mid-market companies — and no existing tool was built to help them meet those obligations affordably.
Compliance shouldn't require a €500K budget
The EU AI Act is one of the most consequential pieces of technology legislation ever enacted. It sets legally binding obligations for how AI systems are classified, documented, monitored, and governed across the European market. For high-risk AI systems, the obligations are significant: detailed technical documentation, fundamental rights impact assessments, continuous monitoring, and incident reporting — all maintained by the organization that deploys the system, not just the one that builds it.
The problem is that the tools built to help companies comply were designed for a different market. Enterprise GRC platforms like ServiceNow and IBM OpenPages are powerful — but they require months of implementation, dedicated compliance engineers, and licensing fees that start at six figures. Purpose-built AI governance tools are either so broad they don't address EU AI Act specifics, or so narrow they handle only one piece of the compliance puzzle. Manual consultants provide expertise but at a cost and pace incompatible with mid-market operations.
We built Aikraft because mid-market companies — the backbone of the European economy, employing the majority of European workers — deserve compliance tooling that actually fits their reality. Aikraft automates the classification, documentation, and monitoring work that would otherwise require a compliance team, a legal consultant, and months of manual effort. It does this at a price point that mid-market companies can budget for, through a product that compliance officers without engineering backgrounds can actually use.
We are based in Berlin and run exclusively on EU sovereign cloud infrastructure. Every product update is checked against the latest EU AI Act implementing regulations and guidance. When something changes in Brussels, Aikraft updates — and so do the compliance programs of the companies that depend on us.
One founder, full focus
Aikraft is a solo project for now — shipping carefully, talking to real compliance and product people, and keeping the roadmap honest about what mid-market teams actually need.

Our values
EU-first
Built in Berlin for European companies. Infrastructure and product decisions start from EU law and EU values — not adapted from an American platform.
Privacy by design
We do not sell your data, use it to train AI models, or share it with third-party analytics providers. Your compliance data is yours. Full stop.
Transparent pricing
No hidden fees, no consultant day rates, no enterprise "contact us" black boxes. Every plan is published on our pricing page. You know what you pay before you sign anything.
Mid-market focus
We build for companies of 50–3,000 employees. Not for Fortune 500 GRC teams, not for individual developers. Our product, pricing, and support are calibrated to mid-market reality.
