Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Both the Starter and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. At the end of your trial, you can choose to subscribe or your account reverts to the Free plan.
Can I classify more than one AI system on the free plan?
No. The Free plan is limited to one AI system. This includes classification, documentation, and monitoring for that single system. To manage multiple systems, upgrade to the Starter plan (up to 10 systems) or Pro plan (unlimited systems).
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Choosing annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing on Starter and Pro plans. Annual invoices can be issued in EUR and are compatible with standard EU procurement processes.
Is my data stored in the EU?
Yes. Aikraft runs on EU sovereign cloud infrastructure hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Your data never leaves the EU. We are GDPR compliant and can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all paid plans.
What happens if I exceed my system limit?
If you reach your plan's AI system limit, you will see an upgrade prompt when you try to add a new system. Your existing systems remain fully accessible and unaffected — no data is locked or deleted. You can upgrade at any time from your account settings.
Do you offer non-profit or startup discounts?
Yes. We offer special pricing for registered non-profits and early-stage startups (under 3 years old, fewer than 20 employees). Contact us at hello@aikraft.eu with a brief description of your organization and we will respond within one business day.
