What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. Contact support@aikraft.eu and we will process your refund within 3 business days.
What counts as an AI system?
A system is each AI system you register in Aikraft. We recommend registering one per intended purpose — that is how obligations attach under the AI Act. The same platform used for CV screening and for customer support carries different risk classifications and different documentation requirements. You decide what to register; Aikraft does not detect or deduplicate systems for you.
Can I classify more than one AI system on the free plan?
No. The Free plan is limited to one AI system. This includes classification and monitoring for that single system. To manage multiple systems, upgrade to the Starter plan (up to 10 systems) or Pro plan (unlimited systems).
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Choosing annual billing saves you 10% compared to monthly pricing on Starter and Pro plans. Annual invoices can be issued in EUR and are compatible with standard EU procurement processes.
Is my data stored in the EU?
Yes. Your core compliance data is stored and processed in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). A few sub-processors, such as billing and transactional email, operate in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses. We are GDPR compliant and can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all paid plans.
What happens if I exceed my system limit?
If you reach your plan's AI system limit, you will see an upgrade prompt when you try to add a new system. Your existing systems remain fully accessible and unaffected — no data is locked or deleted. You can upgrade at any time from your account settings.
Do you offer non-profit or startup discounts?
Yes. We offer special pricing for registered non-profits and early-stage startups (under 3 years old, fewer than 20 employees). Contact us at support@aikraft.eu with a brief description of your organisation and we will respond within one business day.
